Revegy Help Library

Revegy Help Librairy consists of help files, quick tips guides, and video clips. They are available to anyone who has a valid Revegy license and can be accessed through the Revegy Workbench or Revegy Administration system by going to the help menu / link.lease


Contacting Revegy Support

Each registered customer of Revegy is provided 60-days of complimentary support services, starting from their date of purchase. These complimentary support services include the following:

Clients who have a current Revegy maintenance agreement, those who have prepaid support hours available to them, or those who would like to pay for support by incident are entitled the following support services.

    Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday 9AM-6PM EST.   If you contact us outside of our standard business hours, we will make every effort to get back to you the next business day.
