The Customer Success Manager’s goal is to retain, nurture, and grow customer relationships. They serve as a trusted advisor and are responsible for the adoption and success realization of the Revegy solution within a defined set of named accounts. This individual should be comfortable consulting and influencing customers, backed by a strong understanding of the customers’ business objectives and the capabilities of the Revegy solution. Key responsibilities will include developing and executing an overall strategy and specific plans for the sustainment and development of major client relationships. This position will be primarily measured on the ability to retain named accounts.
